Job Opportunity: Business Insights Analyst

Location: Bracknell Head Office (Minimum of 3 days per week in the office)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Role Overview

As a Data & Insights Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for our business owners. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, challenge assumptions and provide thought leadership, and support strategic decision-making through thoughtful analysis.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with business teams to understand challenges, provide thought leadership, and identify how advanced analytics solutions could be leveraged
Draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations based on analysis
Help better leverage, utilize, and instill advanced analytics solutions throughout the organization
Design and develop advanced analytics solutions
Ensure that advanced analytics solutions are practical and effective based on expertise and experience
Develop processes and tools to measure and monitor solution performance and value achievement
Continually improve existing analytical based solutions
Present insights and trends clearly through data storytelling and compelling visuals.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics or related field
1-2 years' experience delivering analytical solutions or equivalent combination of education and relevant internship experience in data analytic type roles.
Experience with database queries (e.g., Oracle, SQLServer) and at least one programming language (e.g. Python or R)
Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Ability to think strategically and identify critical success factors when developing solutions
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast paced team environment
