The Role

We are seeking a Data & Insights Manager to lead the organisation’s data analytics and insights function. You will turn complex datasets into actionable intelligence, inform strategic decision-making, and help measure and improve performance across operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support strategic and operational decisions.
Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualisations for stakeholders across the organisation.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop and maintain robust data governance and quality assurance processes.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis.
Support senior leadership with evidence-based recommendations to improve services and outcomes.
Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

About You

Proven experience in data analytics, insights, or business intelligence, preferably within public sector or regulated environments.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent understanding of data governance, quality, and management principles.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing a small team is desirable.
