RideScan is a UK-based deep-tech AI company. Our patent-pending technology acts as a "Fitbit for Robots," providing independent risk scoring and anomaly detection to make autonomous systems safer and more reliable.

We're now entering a new phase -- scaling from validated pilots to global adoption -- and are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead our next stage of growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy across robotics sectors.
Build and manage enterprise relationships with robot users, manufacturers, and partners.
Convert pilot programs into long-term deployments.
Represent RideScan at key industry and innovation events.
Collaborate closely with the Founder & Product teams to shape customer-centric solutions.

What We're Looking For

Experience in B2B/enterprise technology (AI, robotics, SaaS, or industrial automation).
Ability to translate technical capability into business impact.
Strong relationship-building and partnership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset -- you think and act like a founder.
Comfortable in early-stage environments with high growth potential.
