Job Specifications

We're seeking a hands-on IT Build & Deployment Engineer to support a large-scale laptop rollout across customer sites. You'll be responsible for building, configuring, and deploying Windows 11 laptops in line with customer documentation and build processes, ensuring smooth handovers to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laptop builds using the customer's standard build process and configuration scripts.
Deploy and hand over new Windows 11 devices to users on-site.
Maintain asset and deployment records in accordance with agreed procedures.
Provide basic user support and ensure successful device setup and connectivity.
Collaborate with the on-site IT and support teams to meet rollout schedules.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Build or Deployment Engineer in a Windows 10/11 environment.
Strong understanding of hardware setup, imaging, and asset management.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed technical documentation.
Contract Details:
Initial work in Southampton, moving to Portsmouth Airport Service Road after the first week.
Standard working hours, Monday-Friday.
Immediate start available.
