The Systems Analyst II - Epic Business Applications is responsible for leading the build, rollout, and ongoing support of assigned Epic application(s). This role encompasses all aspects of application support, including but not limited to:
Leading design and analysis efforts
Application configuration and testing
System documentation
Training (as needed)
The analyst serves as a second-level support resource, engaging with end users to understand issues and implement effective solutions. Additionally, the role supports departmental leadership in leveraging Epic applications to enhance performance and inform decision-making. The analyst acts as a liaison between Information Services (IS), customer departments, and vendors.Licensure & Certification
Required: EPIC Certification in area of responsibility
Preferred: Certification, licensure, or registration in field of practiceEducation Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field
Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experienceExperience Requirements
With a Bachelor's Degree:
Minimum 3 years of related experience, including 2 years of direct experience
With an Associate's Degree:
Minimum 5 years of related experience, including 4 years of direct experience
With a High School Diploma:
Minimum 7 years of related experience, including 6 years of direct experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
