Compensation: $198,000-$240,000 base + carry & benefits

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a visionary leader at the intersection of AI, technology, and venture building, someone with the technical depth to shape the future of machine learning-driven healthcare and the entrepreneurial drive to build new ventures from the ground up.

In this role, you'll work alongside exceptional founders and operators to build and scale AI-native companies that are transforming how care is delivered and experienced globally.

What You'll Do

Partner with world-class founders to launch transformative AI healthcare ventures.
Guide multiple companies from ideation through scale, providing strategic and technical leadership.
Develop and execute bold theses on how emerging technologies will reshape global healthcare.
Build strategic relationships with top-tier universities, investors, and healthcare organizations.
Translate your expertise into scalable, LLM-enabled systems that amplify your impact across ventures.
Enjoy significant autonomy backed by resources and committed capital to pursue high-conviction ideas.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of combined experience across:
Founding or scaling technology or healthtech startups (as CEO, CTO, or equivalent).
Technical leadership in AI, machine learning, or data-driven ventures.
Investing in early-stage AI or healthcare companies (VC, PE, or hedge fund).
Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and their applications in healthcare.
Strong network across the tech, venture, and startup ecosystems.
Systems thinker with proven judgment in uncertain environments.
Passion for leveraging technology to make a meaningful impact on global healthcare.
