Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to manage the daily operations and configuration of Ivanti and Palo Alto solutions, as well as provide support for related technologies. This is a fully remote role that requires deep technical expertise to maintain a secure and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of Ivanti security devices and the Prisma Access solution.
Configure, update, and maintain Palo Alto Security solutions.
Administer and optimize the following tools:
Ivanti Connect Secure
Ivanti Secure Access Client
Palo Alto Prisma Access
Palo Alto Strata Cloud
GlobalProtect Client
Monitor and resolve security incidents.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure infrastructure compliance and security.
Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and policies.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including network security tool management.
Proficiency with Ivanti and Palo Alto solutions.
Knowledge of VPN clients and secure access technologies.
Solid understanding of cloud security concepts and hybrid environments.

Additional Assets:

Familiarity with Netskope and Azure.
Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
Knowledge of Splunk for log analysis and correlation.
Understanding of unified communications technologies.
