Job Description

Position : EUC VDI engineer- Citrix

Function: End-User Computing (EUC) / Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)-

Location: Canada (Remote)

Start Date: ASAP

5-8+ years in EUC/VDI with 3-5+ years hands-on building/operating Citrix DaaS/CVAD at enterprise scale (2k+ concurrent users or equivalent).
Strong experience with NetScaler ADC/Gateway, image engineering (Windows 10/11 multi-session & Server).
Identity & access: Okta/Entra (SAML/OIDC/MFA), AD/GPO design/hardening; PKI fundamentals.
Networking for VDI: ICA/HDX (EDT), load balancing, TLS, MTU/QoS, WAN optimization concepts.
Observability & performance tuning using Director and at least one third-party tool (ControlUp/eG/Lakeside/Goliath/LoginVSI).
Scripting/automation with PowerShell (Citrix SDK); comfort with Git and CI/CD for repeatable builds.
Proven execution in M&A or tenant-to-tenant onboarding/migration scenarios with phased waves and executive reporting.
