Job SummaryThe Senior Specialty Developer plays a critical role in designing, deploying, and managing large-scale Microsoft Power Platform environments within an enterprise banking ecosystem. This position involves ensuring governance, automation, and security across tenant-level and environment-level configurations.The ideal candidate has deep experience in Power Platform administration, GitHub automation, identity management (Entra ID), and scripting, combined with a strong foundation in Dataverse, SQL, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices.Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and manage Power Platform environments across enterprise-scale systems.
Implement governance, lifecycle management, and security protocols for Power Platform solutions.
Integrate API custom connectors and OAuth 2.0 authentication for secure data connectivity.
Manage identity and access controls using Entra ID (Azure AD) with role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement mapping, and integration with Key Vaults (Azure Key Vault or HashiCorp Vault).
Automate deployments using GitHub Actions, GitHub Workflows, Client CLI, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
Develop and maintain Dataverse schemas and SQL databases, ensuring performance optimization and data integrity.
Support CI/CD and managed environment deployment pipelines using secure service principals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, DevOps, and governance teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Contribute to the Center of Excellence (CoE) framework and recommend best practices for Power Platform scalability.
Required Experience
Minimum 10 years of software development experience in enterprise-scale systems.
Proven expertise deploying and managing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Experience with source control and CI/CD automation using GitHub, GitHub Actions, Client CLI, and C#.
Strong proficiency with Entra ID (Azure AD) for access control, entitlement mapping, and secret management.
Hands-on scripting experience using PowerShell and Bash.
Solid foundation in Dataverse and SQL (schema design, data modeling, optimization).
Preferred Experience
AI Builder implementation and Power Platform virtual network configuration.
Experience troubleshooting backend network issues between Microsoft 365 and Azure resources.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development.
Hands-on experience in Terraform module creation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) automation.
Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
