Join one of the UK's fastest-growing London hospitality groups - Urban Pubs and Bars, and lead the charge on our marketing everywhere--from pubs to the website to social. You'll own site-level marketing, sharpen our SEO, and boost engagement across channels.

What You'll Do

Be the go-to marketing contact for pubs
Maintain a slick, SEO-friendly website
Create event copy and manage listings
Drive social media growth and community engagement
Analyse campaigns and report clear wins
Research trends and pitch fresh content ideas
Help plan events and marketing materials

What We're Looking For

1+ year in marketing
Passion for marketing and hospitality
Strong writing, social media savvy (FB/IG/TikTok/LinkedIn)
Basic digital marketing know-how; MS Office pro
Bonus: degree, Adobe, CMS/CRM, SEO/SEM, HTML/CSS

About the Company

Urban Pubs & Bars was founded in 2014 by Nick Pring and Malc Heap and has since expanded to an estate of 58 pubs, bars and restaurants across London.
