Job Specifications

Role: Fullstack Developer

Location: Waterloo, ON/ Toronto, ON (Day 1 Onsite with Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

I am looking for two onshore full stack engineers with React, Node, Cosmos, Azure with Minimum 8+ years of development experience.

1. Cloud Platform Expertise:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for deploying and managing applications, Event Driven Architecture.

Experience with Azure services Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for scalability and operational efficiency.

2. Frontend Development:

Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (React), Node.

4. Database Management:

Experience with NoSQL like Mongo/Cosmos DB databases for data storage and retrieval.

5. DevOps and CI/CD:

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools - Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.

Experience with version control systems - GitHub.

6. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical skills to assess and improve system performance and resolve technical challenges.

Bonus skills - Microsoft SQL, Azure SQL, Mongo DB, Azure Cloud (AKS, Service Bus, Redis, ADX)

Observability: New Relic.

Knowledge of Insurance domain

Backend Development:

Experience with microservices architecture for building scalable and maintainable applications.
