As a Lead nCino Developer you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all nCino domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Location: Toronto, ON

Role & Responsibilities

Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within nCino Bank Operating System applications
Proficient in salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, other Salesforce development tool
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Expertise in Salesforce platform and DevOps methodologies Required Qualifications (5 - 8 bullet points on must have skills)

Required Skills

5+ years of relevant work experience
Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy.
Expert in Salesforce configuration and development
Experienced with at least one of the DevOps tool, for instance-Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, Prodly ensuring a smooth software development lifecycle with minimal user disruption by leveraging automation
Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive business objectives
The candidate should have certifications from nCino and Salesforce
