Job Specifications

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll play an active role in supporting our recruitment efforts, with a particular focus on Dutch speaking projects. You'll help identify engineering talents for industrial projects within the Energy, Process and Pharmaceutical industries. This internship offers a hands-on experience in recruitment with additional exposure to employer branding within a dynamic and international environment.

Location: Brussels

Starting date: January/February 2026

Duration: 4 to 6 months

Key Activities:

Support our Business Management team in identifying and recruiting top talents for current and upcoming projects
Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing salary offers and ensuring candidate follow-up
Participate to local and international meetings to better understand activities at group level and encourage collaboration across our different entities
Support Employer Branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attractiveness as an employer
Support the organisation of our Young Graduate campaign 2026 and represent the company at job fairs
Update recruitment tools and KPIs dashboard

Profile:

Final year Master's student in Business Engineering, Human Resources, Political Sciences, or Communication
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
Curious and proactive, with a willingness to explore business trends in the Energy, Process and Pharmaceutical industries
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory (French is a strong asset for integration within the group)
