Our Human Capital Team is ready to open doors for an enthusiastic intern passionate about recruitment. If you're keen on recruitment, want to explore diverse HR tasks, and are curious about the actions behind employer branding, this internship is for you!

Your responsibilities:

Assisting and coordinating the entire intern recruitment process at Forvis Mazars Belgium.
Screening candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews for potential interns across all Belgium offices.
Assisting in Campus Recruitment follow ups.
Proactively building candidate pipeline using LinkedIn recruiter.
Providing administrative support to the HR team in various HR-related tasks.

About you:

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
