Job Specifications

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead meetings with stakeholders to focus on business process (re)definitions.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.
Document the results of business process reviews, develop, and communicate optimization strategies to team members and management.
Capture use cases and collaborate with stakeholders to iteratively define user stories and priorities.
Translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions, as well as translating functional business requirements to the development team.
Collaborate with stakeholders in iterative sprint planning and execution.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ITAM functionality to support business area requirements.
Define milestones/schedules and manage delivery in accordance with stakeholder expectations/requirements.
Coordinate releases with the PST.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Promote continual process improvement.

Requirements

ServiceNow Skills shall include the following:

Expertise and proficiency in the Now Create methodology.
Expertise with applicable Now Platform components and IT Asset Management functionality.
Expertise with the ServiceNow platform and how to effectively integrate ITAM functionality.

General Business Analyst Skills Shall Include The Following

Expertise with requirements definition to ensure stakeholder needs are captured and effectively communicated to developers/administrators.
Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall.
Forward-thinking analytical skills with the capability to identify downstream implications.
The ability to develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders.
Experience leading and facilitating business process review efforts, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
Exceptional project management and scheduling skills.
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Exceptional requirements elicitation and facilitation skills.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
In-depth understanding of requirements traceability.
