Job Specifications

Our client a well known Insurance Company is seeking an Operations Analyst in their New York, New York Location!

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Manage and track Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Underwriting teams
Verify agent licensing and compliance
Follow up on missing paperwork and ensure complete submissions
Coordinate installation paperwork with servicing centers
Respond to agent inquiries via business email inbox
Deliver exceptional customer service across teams and partners
Assist with special projects and meet time-sensitive deadlines

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent service experience)
Experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SharePoint
Familiarity with Salesforce and web-based tracking tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
High sense of urgency and proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating with others
