What You Will Do

You will support business performance by analyzing operational data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements. Your insights will help drive strategic decisions, optimize processes, and enhance overall productivity across departments.

What You Will Work On

Analyze workflows, systems, and performance metrics to uncover trends and bottlenecks
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational health
Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support resource planning
Assist in developing operational strategies and supporting cross-functional initiatives

What You Will Bring

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Solid understanding of business operations, process mapping, and performance measurement
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
