Notes
Candidate will support cybersecurity operations focused on the Tolling Division's systems.
Hybrid role requiring on-site work in Richmond, VA.
Scope of the Project
Monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and incidents within tolling-related infrastructure.
Support onboarding of tolling systems into OT cybersecurity monitoring, including asset inventory and configuration baselines.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance with standards such as NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and PCI DSS.
Assist in developing incident response playbooks and maintaining documentation.
Generate regular reports, dashboards, and security metrics for tolling systems.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with Tolling Division personnel and vendors for incident response and remediation.
Perform system hardening and configuration reviews for tolling systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the overall OT cybersecurity posture.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
Required/Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. Required
3+ years of cybersecurity experience supporting Azure, IIS, Active Directory, SQL, and critical infrastructure. Required 3 Years
Familiarity with SIEM tools, log analysis, and incident response workflows. Required 3 Years
Experience supporting or securing tolling systems, traffic management, or roadside equipment. Highly Desired 5 Years
Knowledge of PCI DSS, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and CIS Controls. Highly Desired 5 Years
Experience collaborating with third-party vendors in hybrid-managed environments. Highly Desired 5 Years
Certifications such as GICSP, GCIA, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP. Preferred
