Description

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a fast-paced energy trading environment, supporting critical trading and risk systems. You'll work across business and technical teams to capture requirements, model data, and ensure solutions align with trading and operational needs.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Endur, energy trading workflows, and agile delivery -- helping to translate complex trading processes into scalable system enhancements.

What you'll do

Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
Support end-to-end trade lifecycle processes including capture, pricing, and settlements
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver integrations and system enhancements
Contribute to risk reporting, data modelling, and analytics initiatives
Ensure traceability from requirements through testing and delivery
Drive agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across delivery teams

Core skills & experience

Proven Business Analysis experience within energy trading or commodities
Strong working knowledge of Endur (including JVS/AVS scripting and Connex/Integration Layer)
Experience across: trade capture, deal pricing and valuation, scheduling and nominations, risk and P&L reporting, settlements and invoicing
Exposure to systems such as Emdash, Frame, or trade surveillance analytics
Strong data analysis and modelling background
Understanding of downstream, renewables, and supply-side operations
Familiarity with systems engineering principles
Agile delivery experience; certifications (Agile, CBAP, PMI-PBA) desirable
