The Role

As our IT Asset Manager, you'll own the full asset lifecycle across our client environments - from procurement and deployment to end-of-life recovery and reporting. You'll keep things compliant, efficient, and visible across every client tenant.

Key Responsibilities

Overlook all the aspects of of HAM, SAM and ITAM with grasp over IT support as well.

Maintain accurate, centralized inventories across hardware, software & cloud assets

Optimize license usage & renewals to reduce costs

Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines

Lead compliance, audits, and reporting for internal and client accounts

Support onboarding/offboarding processes with data security best practices

Collaborate with procurement, finance, and service teams to streamline operations

What You'll Bring

3-5+ years in IT Asset Management, ideally in an MSP or enterprise setting

Solid grasp of ITAM/SAM processes, software licensing, and lifecycle governance

Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Lansweeper, Flexera, or Asset Panda

Strong Excel/data skills - bonus if you know PowerShell or SQL

Excellent communication & vendor management abilities

Certifications (Nice to Have)

IAITAM (CITAM/CSAM)

ITIL Foundation

ISO/IEC 19770 familiarity
