Our mission is to bring sustainable, portable heating to travelers, parents, commuters, and adventurers -- cutting energy waste and carbon emissions along the way.

We're preparing for our Kickstarter launch, and we're seeking a hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the charge in brand growth and crowdfunding success using creative, low-cost marketing strategies.

Your Role

You'll be the marketing engine behind Temperise's launch -- building awareness, community, and credibility while keeping resources lean and results-driven.

You will:

Develop and execute a complete crowdfunding strategy (pre-launch + live).
Build organic traction through social media, influencer outreach, partnerships, and PR.
Oversee email campaigns, storytelling, and content creation for backer engagement.
Manage digital funnels using cost-effective tactics (earned media, collaborations, grassroots growth).
Track and analyze key metrics to refine performance during the campaign.
Work closely with founders to shape brand messaging, visuals, and launch milestones.

You're a Great Fit If You

Have experience running or supporting Kickstarter / Indiegogo campaigns.
Know how to market on a tight budget -- maximizing creativity, community, and authenticity over ad spend.
Are strategic yet hands-on, comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
Understand growth marketing, crowdfunding trends, and storytelling.
Are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and real-world impact.

Compensation

Equity-Based Only (Initial Phase)

You'll receive founding-level equity based on experience and contribution.

A paid salary will begin after successful fundraising or revenue generation.
