Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced ServiceNow professional to support the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflows, and will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Manage and maintain ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Perform regular platform upgrades and patches.
Ensure platform security and performance optimization.
Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
12+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and administration.
Experience with JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, SecOps, ITOM, or CSM.
Integration experience with external tools (e.g., Active Directory, Azure, Jira).
Knowledge of performance tuning and best practices.
