Job Description
Over 8 years of experience in software design, development, testing, evaluation, and requirements management, including 5+ years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development and administration.
Seasoned ServiceNow Developer/Architect with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Skilled at working closely with architects, product owners, scrum masters, and value stream managers to deliver business value, meet objectives, and mentor teams. Adept at decomposing technical requirements, identifying risks, and implementing best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Core Competencies
ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth experience with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, and SOM modules; proficient in ServiceNow APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, custom applications, workflows, integrations, and scoped applications. Strong background in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and advanced customizations.
Software Engineering & Integrations: Expertise in JavaScript, Python, C, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and web services; strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cloud DBs). Skilled at system integrations and API management.
Agile & DevOps Practices: Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (TDD/BDD), and deployment practices. Hands-on with Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, and other CI/CD frameworks.
Architecture & Leadership: Experienced in conceptual design, prototyping, test cycles, hardware/software evaluation, and global application deployments. Provides technical mentorship, reviews peer work, and fosters knowledge sharing across teams.
Cloud & Security Knowledge: Proficient with AWS and Azure cloud technologies, LDAP, SSO, and UX/UI design. Strong capability in ensuring compliance, scalability, and secure implementations across enterprise environments.
Collaboration & Communication: Recognized for excellent communication, ability to translate technical requirements across levels of expertise, and establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
