Overview:

The Cash Management team of a leading global bank is responsible for corporate Cash Management services. The Global Cash Management organization, established in Brussels and Paris, acts as a global competence center for the entire banking group since 2010. It defines the strategy and priorities of the Cash Management business worldwide. Due to the strategic importance of the activity, the Global Head of Cash Management, Trade and Factoring reports directly to the Executive Committee. The Cash Management Competence Center works at the group level and is responsible for steering and developing the Corporate Cash Management franchise globally. The team is responsible for the Cash Management offer, service, and infrastructure related to payables and receivables.

Responsibilities:

Define product vision with the key stakeholders
Define and mobilize the means to complete the Product/o or vision (plan, budget, people, stakeholders, governance)
Coordinate the "demand to delivery process" based on the business value management Our team is currently working on the development of Cash Management in the United States supporting our Strategic client in their development.

Function description:

PMO / Project Manager in support of the Program Manager will have to cover the following tasks:
Support the program manager in the conduct of all activities (stakeholders' alignment, planning...) and production of deliverables (Roadmap, KPIs, Financials...) aimed at preparing all key committees composed of members of top management.
Take ownership on several specific initiative(s) o Define the product vision of Business needs identification of Facilitate governance o Align product team with central IT o Risk, quality, and issue management o Go-to-market actions o Liaison between all stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction
Design the Target operating model for Cash Management operations and servicing, coherent with the product of ER and portfolio development.

Technical experience (Mandatory):

Proven skills as a business analyst & experience to function in project driven environments. Capable to speak to IT, Ops, legal, compliance and businesspeople.
International payments ecosystems
Banking experience
Payments management experience
Correspondent banking operating model
