Are you a Frontend Developer who's passionate about building clean, accessible user interfaces? We're working with a fast-growing, profitable tech company in Basingstoke who are looking for a React developer to join their collaborative engineering team.

This is a rare opportunity to join early at a company that's scaling sustainably, working on a product used by thousands of users daily - including some of the world's biggest brands.

The Role: You'll be responsible for ongoing product development, implementing designs, and building new features using modern frontend technologies. This isn't a maintenance role - you'll be shipping new features regularly and contributing to the product roadmap.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building features with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
Implementing fully-responsive, accessible designs
Writing end-to-end and component tests using Playwright
Collaborating with backend developers and product teams
Supporting the marketing team with website improvements
Working in an Agile/SCRUM environment with fast iteration cycles

Must-Have Requirements:

Minimum 2 years commercial React experience
TypeScript experience
Strong understanding of responsive design and web accessibility (WCAG)
Experience with modern testing frameworks
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset

Nice to Have:

Tailwind CSS experience
Playwright testing experience
Experience using AI tools as a productivity aid
Previous experience in fast-paced, product-focused environments

Salary: PS45,000 - PS55,000
Location: Basingstoke (hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote)
