Overview

A mid-market manufacturing business is migrating from Salesforce to Traction ERP. They are seeking a Workato Integration Developer to design and be hands on with the integration of key workflows between Traction ERP, legacy systems, and other business applications.

This is not a DevOps or infrastructure-heavy role -- the focus is on automation, connectivity, and process enablement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations in Workato (or similar iPaaS tools)
Support the end-to-end migration from Salesforce to Traction ERP, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption
Translate business processes into automated workflows across finance, operations, and CRM functions
Collaborate with system owners and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and priorities
Monitor and optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and resilience
Document processes and provide training/support to internal users

Skills & Experience

Proven experience with Workato.
Strong understanding of data mapping, API consumption, and workflow automation
Previous exposure to CRM/ERP migrations, ideally Salesforce to another platform
Confident working closely with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

Desirable

Experience with Traction ERP or other manufacturing-focused ERP systems
Knowledge of data transformation, SQL, or REST APIs
Understanding of manufacturing workflows (production, inventory, supply chain, finance)
