Job Specifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce applications and integrations to support business operations. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Create and manage Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and APIs.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
Perform data migration, validation, and cleansing using tools like Data Loader.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth functioning of Salesforce applications.
Implement and maintain security controls, user permissions, and data integrity.
Stay updated with new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
Document development processes, technical designs, and user guides.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (2–5+ years) as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Engineer.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica).
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado) for deployment and version control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
