As our client base grows, we are seeking a skilled and high energy SDR to lead client relationships, drive project execution, and contribute to the continued expansion of our business.
Position Overview
The SDR will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth. This role blends relationship management, consultative strategy, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Research and engage potential leads through calls, emails, and social outreach.
Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team.
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagements through proactive support and strategic partnership
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
Collaborate with internal research, sales, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
Maintain detailed and accurate client activity in CRM systems
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in account management or client services in a B2B setting (preferably within healthcare, market research, or consulting)
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-phase projects
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly medical devices or life sciences, is a strong asset
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: CA$45,000 - CA$55,000 per year
Profit-sharing/Bonus: Up to 10% of salary (based on hitting quota, client satisfaction and retention KPIs)
Sales Commission: Commission on total sales up to 100% of salary
Total Target Compensation (OTC): CA$100,000 - CA$140,000+ annually
