Location: Woodlawn, Maryland (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ months

Key Required Skills

Experience analyzing the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.

Position Description

* Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.

* Develop process workflows and automation strategies.

* Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.

* Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.

* Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree

* 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer

* 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.

* Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies

* Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts

* Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)

* Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly * Experience with the US Federal Government

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR

* 3+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)

* 2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
