Required Skills:
Must Have: Excellent communication skills- they will be communicating with the business frequently, SVP level and above. Proven leadership capabilities. Hands on technical background in SN. This person will essentially be the liaison between the platform, the outside vendors and the internal kdp business partners.
Nice to have: Previously worked successful in an agile environment
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and
administration.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise service management.
- Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, ACLs, and data modeling.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation tools.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist
(CIS) in one or more modules.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise architecture.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
