PS60,000 - PS80,000 + EMI Shares + Bonus

MKJ Ignite are thrilled to be partnering with a high-growth, purpose-driven FMCG challenger brand. With a multi-channel presence across D2C, grocery, and out-of-home. They're now looking for a commercially savvy Finance Manager to join their mission-driven team and help scale the business from PS6M to 10M to PS30M+ revenue.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior finance role at a pivotal moment of growth. You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive financial performance, support international expansion, and build a best-in-class finance function.

What will you be doing?

Own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

Analyse margins, commercials, and cost of goods across channels

Lead and mentor a small finance team (including a bookkeeper)

Build 2-year rolling cash flow forecasts and monthly board packs

Support European expansion (e.g., VAT for France/Spain launches)

Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams

Present insights to senior leadership and investors

Drive systems and process improvements to scale efficiently

What do you need to bring?

Experience scaling a business from PS10M to PS30-40M revenue

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

Hands-on, analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen

Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer brands preferred

Familiarity with Xero, Fathom, and cloud-based finance tools

Previous exposure to VC-backed businesses is a big plus
