Meet all targets and objectives that have been set by the Line Manager.

Contribute to the teams overall performance by both individual effort and team effort as and when requirement.

Undertake research and offer suggestions for improvement to the placement through own initiative and experiences.

Attend all graduate and business specific training modules; demonstrating learning application in each placement.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you're curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you:

You have completed or are working towards a degree in a Business or Economics related degree
Work experience or a previous placement in a similar environment would be beneficial but not essential
Confidence and self-determination to drive your own development throughout the programme

What's In It For You?

26 days paid holiday + 5 volunteering days
