You still enjoy writing code, but you get even more energy from leading engineers and shaping how things are built.

You lead by example, set high standards, and inspire others to follow.

You'll join a fintech on a mission to put the planet first with a mobile application and sustainability index that's already live with over 15,000 users and counting.

You'll sit on the senior leadership team, guide the engineering culture, and scale a team of 3 full stack, backend and mobile developers.

You'll keep things hands-on when needed, but your focus is building a world-class team and architecture.

You'll work with .NET microservices in Azure, integrate with partners, and embed best practice in DevOps, CI/CD, and security.

You'll be in Cardiff a couple days a week, because we believe teams of this size achieve more face to face.

You'll have a clear path to CTO, a share option package, and the chance to lead tech at a company using money as a force for good.

Salary will be up to PS100k for the right person
