You don't wait for permission to make something better.

You're at the point where you're fed up with 'jobs' with red tape that lack autonomy.

After all, you work as a lead engineer to be involved in architectural decisions and make improvements without asking your manager, who asks their manager.

You’ll join a fintech on a mission to put the planet first with a mobile application and sustainability index that's already live with over 15,000 users and counting.

You’ll sit on the senior leadership team, guide the engineering culture, and scale a team of 3 full stack, backend and mobile developers.

Did we mention you'll report into the CEO as the most senior technical person in the business?

You’ll keep things hands-on most of the time, but your joint focus is building a world-class team and architecture.

You’ll work with .NET microservices in Azure, integrate with partners, and embed best practice in DevOps, CI/CD, and security.

You’ll be in Cardiff a couple days a week, because we believe teams of this size achieve more face to face.

You’ll have a clear path to the CTO title, a share option package, and the chance to lead tech at a company using money as a force for good.

Salary will be up to £100k for the right person
