Senior Business Analyst - PS450 pd Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading Higher Education institution on a contract basis. The role will focus on supporting projects across HR and Finance functions, so prior experience in these domains within the public sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the gathering and documentation of complex business requirements.
Partner with HR and Finance teams to deliver process improvements and system changes.
Develop functional specifications and ensure alignment between business needs and solutions.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and delivery.

Skills & Experience:

Strong track record as a Business Analyst, with proven experience in HR and/or Finance projects.
Background in the public sector (Higher Education experience advantageous).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst to contribute to meaningful change within the Higher Education sector.

Rate: PS450 per day Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months

Location: Hybrid/Central London
