About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our clients . This role will play a key part in supporting our recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams with day-to-day coordination tasks.
Manage candidate scheduling and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
Assist with maintaining and updating candidate records in Workday.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to track progress and ensure hiring timelines are met.
Provide administrative support for other HR projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an HR, recruitment, or coordination role.
Familiarity with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
