Change Manager - Finance Transformation (Oracle Systems R12 / Shared Services / Travel Sector)

Are you a finance change professional with a passion for driving transformation in global businesses? We're looking for a Change Manager with a strong finance focus to join a leading organisation in the travel industry, playing a key role in shaping their shared services and systems strategy.

In this role, you will partner closely with finance leadership, programme managers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of transformation initiatives. You'll be responsible for embedding new processes and ways of working across finance functions, ensuring adoption of Oracle R12 finance systems and optimising the effectiveness of a shared services model.

What you'll be doing:

Leading change management across finance transformation initiatives, ensuring engagement and adoption.
Driving alignment between finance, technology, and shared services.
Supporting implementation and optimisation of Oracle R12 finance systems.
Developing and delivering communications and training strategies.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the travel sector.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Change Manager in finance transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 financial systems and shared service environments.
Background in the travel industry (airlines, tour operators, or wider travel services).
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
