Civil Works, Site Development, Mining

Kamloops area, BC

14/7 Rotation, on-site, immediate start

6 month contract, potential for permanent hire

$55K-75K, based on experience + Daily LOA

Our Client

We are working with our Civil General Contractor client to assist in mobilizing a large project near Kamloops/Southern Interior BC. We require a Project Administrator experienced and knowledgeable in civil construction to join our client on this exciting project for a minimum of 6 months contract role.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience working in Project Administration, Construction Administration or as a Junior Project Coordinator
Experienced in supporting civil construction general contracting companies is preferred
Provide comprehensive administrative support across all phases of a project, from initiation to close-out.
Assist with, prepare and manage project documents, including Requests for Quotations (RFQs), subcontractor purchase orders, contracts, and change orders.
Set up and maintain accurate project information and data using computerized project management systems.
Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to gather information and ensure effective communication and coordination.
Assist with tracking and updating project schedules, budgets, and cost reports, as well as ordering supplies and managing logistical aspects of the project.
Provide regular project status updates to project managers and other key stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and work ethic
Proficient in MS Office Suite, industry related softwares
Ability to work on-site for scheduled rotation, immediate availability is preferred.
