This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP of Product Management in the United States.
As the VP of Product Management, you will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for translating product vision into actionable roadmaps and driving execution across the product organization. You will work closely with executive leadership to align business objectives with product strategy, inspire and mentor a high-performing team, and foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success. This role offers the opportunity to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, delivering innovative solutions that create significant value for customers. You will also help shape a customer-obsessed product culture, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and measure success.
Accountabilities:
Lead the end-to-end execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and timely delivery of key initiatives
Mentor, scale, and inspire a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Serve as the primary product partner to cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Services, to ensure smooth collaboration and lifecycle management
Define, monitor, and own key product KPIs, leveraging data to drive decisions and assess the impact of product initiatives
Partner with executive leadership to refine product vision, competitive positioning, and portfolio strategy based on market trends and customer feedback
Facilitate communication and alignment across the organization, ensuring that product strategy is understood and executed effectively
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director or VP) within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Proven success in leading and scaling product teams, with a strong track record of mentorship and talent development
Deep expertise in agile methodologies, roadmap planning, market research, and product execution in fast-paced environments
Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills to drive alignment with executives and cross-functional teams
Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, acting as both a thought partner and hands-on leader
Strong customer focus, translating user insights into impactful product solutions
Bonus: Experience with platform-as-a-service (PaaS) strategies, integrating acquired technologies, or working within the event management domain
