Role: Cyberspace Warfare Engineer

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Norfolk, VA, USA

Security Clearance: Secret (or equivalent national level)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, analyze, and validate capability requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Design and document capability architectures and implementation plans, including scope, cost, timeline, and risk analysis.
Draft and support development of functional and non-functional specifications.
Coordinate with stakeholders from government, industry, and academia to validate and enhance cyber capabilities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, meetings, and conferences to support capability development.
Contribute to feasibility studies, foresight analysis, technical evaluations, and experimentation activities.
Collaborate with Communities of Interest dedicated to the advancement of cyberspace capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science. (Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' relevant experience also acceptable)
Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on experience in systems engineering, architecture drafting, and capability development in information and cyber systems.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent.
Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
Advanced project/programme management certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP, PPQ).
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, workshop planning, and technical documentation.
Excellent English communication skills.
