IT Business Analyst - ERP & Systems Integration
We're looking for an experienced front-facing, technical IT Business Analyst to join our team on a large-scale ERP implementation programme, acting as a critical link between IT and the wider business.
In this role, you'll work closely with Architects, Developers, and Testers to ensure the successful delivery of essential systems integrations as the business prepare rollout to countries across Europe. As the Senior IT Business Analyst, you'll lead stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritise requirements using the MoSCoW method, ensuring alignment between business objectives and ERP capabilities. There will be a strong focus on business process analysis, you'll document current and future state processes to identify system needs and guide solution design. Your ability to prioritise "Must Have" features and drive clarity across cross-functional teams will be key to delivering real business value through this transformative programme.
You will be a pragmatic, delivery-focused professional who drives progress and gets results, while maintaining strong working relationships and supporting the overall success of the programme without causing disruption.
PS475-500 Per Day (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote from UK (with travel as required)
