Description
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, encompassing cloud environments (Azure, AWS), physical Servers, storage systems, and network devices.
Oversee system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance schedules.
Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems through monitoring and best practices.
Manage enterprise-level tools and systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.
Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Develop documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
Profile
A successful Infrastructure Manager should have:
Proven hands on experience in managing IT infrastructure in a professional setting across 3 sites UK wide
Strong knowledge of network systems, Servers, and storage technologies.
Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A relevant qualification in IT or related fields.
Job Offer
