Job description:

We're looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You'll work closely with Agile/DevSecOps teams to design modern, accessible web and mobile interfaces that deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Apply User-Centered Design (UCD) best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to validate design assumptions.
Develop wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications.
Ensure compliance with WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
Collaborate in Agile/DevSecOps environments and contribute to backlog refinement.
Communicate design rationale clearly to developers and stakeholders.
Participate actively in sprint reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

Proven UI/UX industry experience on complex web or mobile design projects.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision.
Strong knowledge of user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methods.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Portfolio demonstrating design process and deliverables.
