We're hiring for a new business-focused Enterprise Account Executive for a high-growth global software scale-up that's redefining how global enterprises manage DevOps and secure their software supply chains. This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive with a hunter mentality to lead new business development/enterprise sales for the growth of new enterprise accounts in London, working for a tech company that is rapidly growing its market share in EMEA and has a large client base within the Fortune 100.

Hybrid role based in Central London (Circa 3 days per week)

Salary Circa PS100-125k Base + Uncapped OTE + Bens + Stock

As part of an experienced EMEA sales team, you'll take the lead in identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise customers--owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to deal close and onboarding. You'll be working with technical stakeholders, navigating complex organisations, and positioning a platform that's mission-critical to software delivery and security.

Skills required as an Enterprise Account Exec (new Business) include

Significant experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on net new business / new logo growth
Particular focus on open source systems such as DevOps, or Software Supply Chain, APPsec, DevSecOps, Cloud Security Software, Software Build / Release, etc
Proven success closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals (including 7-figure ACVs), ideally using MEDIPICC sales method.
Deep experience navigating long and complex sales cycles within software engineering functions of enterprise accounts
Strategic, self-driven, and confident engaging both technical and commercial leaders
Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel; experience with DevOps or security software is a plus

What You'll Be Doing as a Enterprise Account Exec (New Business):

Drive new customer acquisition across enterprise accounts in a defined territory
Own and manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to contract close
Partner with technical teams to align product capabilities with customer needs
Develop account strategies and build executive-level relationships
Negotiate 6-7 figure software subscription deals with legal and finance teams
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce
