Data engineer with Aspentech Infamtion

Must have

Experience in data engineering with exposure in oil and gas (exploration & production and/or refining & chemicals) operation/ maintenance.
Knowledge of industrial OT systems (OSI PI, IP21, inflation) real time data transfer (through OPC from ICSS, PLC/DCS) and IT environments.
Ability to understand the wider business context of technical and data recruitment.
5+ years of experience in Data engineer role and experience in industrial data technologies and frameworks.
Academic background in computer science, information technology or industrial control system (DCS, OPC, SCADA, PLCs)

Good to Have

Knowledge of Microsoft technology stacks (including Azure, M365, power platform etc)
Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging digital transformation and technology trends.
Certification in data engineering or related field.
Language - English and French
Behavioral skills : self motivated, autonomy, open mindness, adaptability, achivement orientation, team player.

Responsibility and expectations from role-

Ensure that the data needed for used cases developed on infamtion industrial data fabric is properly brought and stored within the solution.
Work with the inmation use cases product owner to define needed Data for the use cases.
Set solutions to export Data from the inmation industrial data fabrics to other platforms and solutions especially branches data platforms (RC datahub, surface data platforms, espark)
Set interfaces to import data from other sources when needed by use cases.
Monitor data import, export and consumption with the inmation industrial data fabric.
Collaborate with Totalenergies inmation industrial data fabric team and aspentrch contractor to gather new data from OT and implement models on the solution.
Work with site and users to identify data sources and inject them properly with inmation industrial data fabric.
Work with Totalenergies data community on roadmap and data product implementation on data platforms ( RC datahub, surface data platforms, espark)
