Key Responsibilities:
Define and deliver product strategy & roadmap for invoicing solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, risk, content, and analytics teams to launch impactful features that support sellers in managing payments and reporting.
Leverage customer insights from research and analytics to prioritise high-impact initiatives and improve user experience across seller segments.
Drive AI and automation initiatives, creating intelligent tools that optimise invoicing and accounts receivable operations.
Essential Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience in payments, SaaS, or fintech, with a track record of end-to-end product delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and experimentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision.
Technical fluency, enabling effective partnership with engineering teams on APIs, architecture, and system dependencies.
