Job Title: Contract Data Analysis Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analysis Specialist for a short-term contract to enhance data analysis for critical projects within a leading financial services organisation. This role involves creating impactful dashboards that narrate product performance and customer outcomes, supporting our client's key existing products.
Responsibilities
Create impactful dashboards in collaboration with project managers and data engineering teams to effectively communicate product performance and customer outcomes.
Support the establishment of an outcomes framework, demonstrating optimal practices for future dashboard development.
Focus primarily on the Retirement Planner, Lump Sum Act, and ISA products.
Identify and propose improvements in the collaboration between data engineering and product teams.
Essential Skills
Proficient in understanding customer journeys and storytelling through data.
Background in financial services to efficiently create relevant dashboards.
Experience in collaborating with data engineers.
Proficiency in Python, Data Analysis, ETL, Data Warehousing, Azure, Analytics, Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Pipeline, and SQL Server.
