Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support an ongoing data archiving project as part of their Customer Experience transformation. This role will focus on RightNow (Oracle Service Cloud) data - assisting with data queries, validation, and preparation for archive following extraction.
The Role:
You?ll work closely with the data and CX teams to ensure all extracted data is complete, accurate, and ready for archival. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong SQL and analytical skills who enjoys problem-solving and working with large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
Support data extraction and query activities within the RightNow environment.
Validate and reconcile data prior to archiving.
Run data quality checks and assist with data preparation for storage or migration.
Collaborate with data, IT, and business teams to resolve data-related queries.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes and findings.
About You:
Experience working with RightNow (Oracle Service Cloud) or similar CRM systems.
Strong SQL and data query skills.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple data requests.
Good communication skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
