Role Description

You'll own systems end-to-end and turn AI research into production-ready products. You'll work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, collaborating closely with ML, design, and product to ship features that define how humans create with AI.

What you'll do:

Backend: Build APIs, manage databases and data pipelines, design services, and integrate external software (including Linux shell scripting).
Frontend: Develop a ReactJS/TypeScript app based on product design specs.
ML collaboration: Support ML engineers with tooling, services, and infrastructure.
Ownership: Implement and maintain features across the full stack, from architecture to deployment.
Product lifecycle: Drive the full lifecycle of features -- prototyping, execution, shipping, and iteration.
Collaboration: Work closely with founders, ML, design, and product to translate capabilities into user experiences.
Delivery: Lead the development lifecycle from planning to production launch and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

You might be a good fit if you:

Have proven experience shipping production systems in a startup or big-tech environment.
Bring a strong engineering background (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics).
Are fluent in core CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, networking, concurrency, OS/Unix, and database design.
Thrive in fast-moving environments and can own features end-to-end -- from prototyping to deployment and iteration.
