Product Manager | Digital Transformation | Hybrid 1 day per week into Cardiff | PS50,000-PS55,000

We're looking for a Product Manager to join a global organisation at a pivotal stage in its digital journey. This role sits within the Product Management function, a team responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of customer-facing digital products that support people worldwide.

The organisation is currently rolling out a new technology model focused on consistency, innovation, and stronger product outcomes across all digital platforms. As a Product Manager, you'll play a central role in shaping that journey - balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical delivery while embedding modern product practices across the organisation.

Experience & Skills my client are looking for:

Proven track record in end-to-end product management, ideally within a complex or global environment
Strong delivery mindset with the ability to turn strategy into tangible outcomes
Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams
Deep understanding of customer-centric product practices, with a passion for solving real user problems
Confident communicator who can engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Established product management capability -- able to raise the bar within a scaling team through experience, structure, and delivery discipline
Tenacious, empathetic, and diligent -- someone who does the right thing for the customer and the business
